Novel Tuna Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 can Aylmer tomato soup
  • 4 can Water
  • 2 can Tuna
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 4 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp Chicken broth
  • Some Paprika
  • 2 cup Kale
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup
  • Some Rosemary
  • Some Chipotle powder
  • Some Chili powder

Preparation

  1. Empty the tomato soup cans. Reuse the cans to measure water. Ratio 1:1.
  2. Add the tuna and oats to the tomato soup.
  3. Blend until as smooth as can be.
  4. Dice the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in a shallow chicken broth with some paprika, until almost all the water has evaporated. Add to the soup.
  5. Mince or shred the kale. Cook with maple syrup diluted in water, until it becomes a dark green chunky juice. Add to the soup.
  6. Season to taste with chipotle, rosemary and chili powder.
