Jabberwocky Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Habaneros Chili peppers work too, but only if they come from Gigi's garden.
  • 3 cup White vinegar
  • 1 Onion
  • 1-2 Carrots
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Any, but brown sugar works best
  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ginger

Preparation

In batches, process all ingredients in blender and add to a big pot.

Heat up and let simmer so the flavors combine, at least an hour.

Add vinegar as needed if the sauce is too thick. It should be able to comfortably pass through the guzzle of whatever bottle you'll be using.

When everything seems pretty homogenous, store as needed.
