Ginger-Lemon Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 Big thumb of fresh ginger No, dried is not an option
  • 5 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey Substitute for white sugar if must be
  • 2 cup Water Dilute or concentrate to taste ; everyone is different

Preparation

  1. Peel and mince the ginger
  2. Put all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil
  3. Simmer on low-medium for as long as you can
  4. Serve warm, not scalding hot
