Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Honey is best, but anything sweet will do.
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Some Chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 Banana (optional)

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend. Serve cold.

Notes

Yogurt can be replaced with another cup of almond milk. Plus, it makes it vegan !
