Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen diced cantaloupe Any fruit can do really : pears, mangos...
  • 1/4 cup Light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Asian spicy pepper-garlic sauce or anything else that's spicy
  • Some Sesame seeds and/or green onions, to decorate

Preparation

  1. Blend marinade together in the blender, add some water if needed
  2. If possible, make meat marinate in advance
  3. When ready to cook, bring marinade to a boil
  4. Cook meat separately, slowly if possible
  5. When meat is close to ready, mix the marinade in
  6. Cook until properly evaporated and texture is nice
  7. Decorate with sesame seeds and/or green onions and serve
