Beef Bulgogi
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen diced cantaloupe
Any fruit can do really : pears, mangos... - 1/4 cup Light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Asian spicy pepper-garlic sauce
or anything else that's spicy - Some Sesame seeds and/or green onions, to decorate
Preparation
- Blend marinade together in the blender, add some water if needed
- If possible, make meat marinate in advance
- When ready to cook, bring marinade to a boil
- Cook meat separately, slowly if possible
- When meat is close to ready, mix the marinade in
- Cook until properly evaporated and texture is nice
- Decorate with sesame seeds and/or green onions and serve
